Restaurant Club hit Oakland for the last dinner of 2018! This popular spot in uptown Oakland is known for its Mezcal. And it did not disappoint. Julia, Stepanie and Dionne happily sipped their mezcal cocktails while Gail stuck to the usual (vino, of course!). The meal was far too filling thanks to the bottomless bowl of homemade tortilla chips. Agave Uptown also features mole, so we all tried mole in one form or another. It was all delicious, and a super lively environment. Was good to change things up and close out the year. We chatted about parents, kids, and how annoying it is to rear end someone (ahem, Steph)! Restaurant Club started in May 2005 with Julia, Gail, Dionne and Stephanie, who all take turns picking the restaurant of their choice.
