HELLO 2016!!! (yes, late start). What a lovely little spot in Bernal that Stephanie picked out! We had a delicious assortment of starters and tapas, such as Tequeños ( Shrimp-mozzarella stuffed wontons with chicha morada sauce and Avocado Mousse - deep-fried yummy), quinoa-encrusted shrimp (pictured below), short ribs, scallops, plantains, and 3 incredible desserts including dulce de leche (to die for). Stephanie's baby girl Mia is now 3 months old and Stella just turned two! Izzy is about to turn 3, and Sasha will be 11 this month (and Matthew turned 10 in December)!! It's just ridiculous. Restaurant Club started in May 2005 with Julia, Gail, Dionne and Stephanie, who all take turns picking the restaurant of their choice. Three main rules: (1) the person choosing must pick a restaurant they've never been to; (2) ordering dessert is mandatory and (3) guests must be female.
